Personal April 6, 2020
This post is going to be for all my friends who are in public school. These are some things to make this rapid change of schooling a little bit easier.
1. Make a group chat
If you haven't yet, I would suggest getting a group of people together who have similar classes. They can help you with questions, and technology problems often faster than teachers can. Also they are your life line for homework rants. ;)
2. Try to stay on track
This all can be a little overwhelming looking at weeks worth of work. But make a honest, and effective schedule to stay on track. One awesome thing about working from home is you can do it on your own time. It's okay to have an off morning, but make sure you're sticking to your plan. This will really help reduce stress.
3. Set up alert on your phone
I can't stress how important it is to also have access to your online classes through your phone. It can be annoying when your getting 100 notifications from google classroom at the beginning of the week. But teachers can often post at different times a day, so getting those notifications from google classroom, and turning on your notification for gmail will help.
Much love,
Chloe Ann <3
